Services Provided

Aura Growth provides marketing consulting, LTV:CAC predictive modeling, and ad management services for DTC e-commerce brands. Specific deliverables, capital deployment strategies, and target CAC thresholds are outlined in individual client Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate historical data and timely access to ad accounts to ensure our models function correctly. Delays in access may impact scaling timelines.

Limitation of Liability

While we engineer systems for predictable revenue growth, market conditions vary. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or shifts in third-party advertising platforms (e.g., iOS privacy changes).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, operating out of our Austin headquarters.
